Art Studio Shared Space

Studio 

Redhook studio looking for 3 new studio mates to split the space. Each personal area is approx 100 sq feet on an open floor, each with its own window. Each space also comes with associated loft storage and designated flat file. Everyone at the studio has access to free Wi-Fi, electric and heat. Also we will provide access to our wood shop tools (including table saw, bench top planer and chop saw) as well as access to communal tools and ofc some couches and a projector.

Big vibe, lots of fun. Looking for people who are good at sharing space. Only exceptions are toxic practices + ceramics (people have computers / other sensitive practices in the space and the particles are harmful).

Asking $500 / spot / month on a year long lease :)
