Assists needed for Sourcing and Party install in Vegas

Hey Vegas! I'm coming in January to do decor for a party during CES week (January 10th is party) I need hands overnight from 5am on Jan 10th for the install. It's installing a carpet, mylar balloons, florals, lounge furniture, and various set elements. Hoping to find hands or recommendations on here. Rate is $250/12 (non union) There is a one hour load out at 9-10pm which will be extra money. ALSO- I was hoping to get someone on for one day this week to help me with sourcing some things in Vegas. Need to know where to find blue shag carpet, tropical foliage, flowers, furniture rentals etc. I'm coming in from NY and this is my first event in Vegas (only ever done music videos) Can pay this person $300.
