Experienced Product Packaging/Branding Designer

Heya All! I'm in need of a highly experienced product packaging designer to help elevate the shelf appeal of my garment bags: setreadygarmentbags.com. Product will be displayed on the shelves of a national retailer. Position's Responsibilities: --Create a dynamic and cost effective product packaging design --Work closely with founder/CEO (me) to create new brand aestetic --Create cad/ai files for all package printing and construction as required by the design Requirements: --Experience creating product packaging from concept to mass production execution --Strong understanding of branding and product retail --Strong photoshop, illustrator and cad experience for file generation --Highly collaborative --Self Motivated I know this isn't quite the film job, but I'm hoping for recommendations from other graphic designers.
