Fabricating of cupcakes with dog sculpture faces!!!

In need of fabricating cupcakes with dog sculpture faces!!! Hi cubies, I need around 30 cupcakes with dog face sculptures on top (see reference). A dog will have to eat them so they have to be gluten and sugar-free. And the face can't melt! The initial baker doesn't have time to do them :( The shoot is Tuesday, March 20.
