Giant Inflatable Snow Globe

Hey all, Looking for a giant inflatable snow globe like the one in the photo. Have called event companies they charge for a person being there with the globe all day for 10k/1 week rental and that isn't necessary or practical for us. Our budget is $3000 for this item including shipping to Atlanta. Any leads?
