Graphic Design Assistant Needed

Hi all,

I’m art directing an immersive event experience that opens October 20th and
am looking for a talented graphic design assistant to come on asap! Must be
capable in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Any experience in
photo-retouching, 3D modeling, After Effects, hand-drawn or other fine arts
skills is a huge plus but not essential.

We’re going to be creating/editing artwork for merchandise items, as well
as posters, and layouts for coupons, marketing decks, and online assets.
Assistant would be responsible for handling changes to existing deck
(replacing copy and laying out new pages), and ensuring that new materials
(coupons, flyers, etc) stay visually consistent as we develop our look.
Need someone who can be organized with a file naming and exporting system.
I’m still exploring the direction illustrated elements will go as the
material for previous yrs is being scrapped and would love to meet someone
who enjoys trying out different styles and wants to be involved in the
creative development process for the brand.

Rate is low to start – $160/day, but opportunity for the right person to
come on as a full time employee after the premiere which would include a
rate bump benefits. 8-10 hr days, Mon-Fri (official office hrs are 10-6
but can be flexible). Office is at Columbus Circle, but depending on where
your projects are at once we get started, working from home part of the wk
is fine.
