Help with Glowing “Balloons”

Hello Cube! I need to create this effect with glowing balloons, but they can't be actual balloons as they need to last a few weeks and we need to insert LED lights into them. Does anybody have any advice on how to achieve this or where to find white plastic globes like these? They need to be a range of sizes between 1 1/2 to 3 feet. Any advice would be amazing!
