Indie Feature Horror Film Seeking Art Department Roles

We’ll be shooting in upstate NY (roughly 2hrs outside the city) on a Tuesday – Saturday schedule from July 5th, 2022 to July 30th, 2022 (20 days) with lodging, transportation, and meals provided. The gross rate for the Art Assistant role is $17/hour (including 2 weeks of 40 hour/week prep time prior to the shoot). We will be paying OT of 1.5x beyond 8 hours in a day (we’re planning on 10-hr days). We will be following strict COVID safety protocols, including using production provided PPE and production-wide vaccination mandates. Prep mainly in NYC, NYC based preferable. Applicants must have a legal drivers license and feel comfortable operating large vans or moving trucks.

The film is a horror film and follows two young sisters who work together to solve their family’s curse. There is a primary mansion location where the bulk of the film will take place, and a few secondary locations including a bookstore, gas station, and small house.
