I would try Home depot, or michaels (unfortunately). It is that time of year where they might start having that decor for fall. I would recommend finding out the size you actually need (ex: 59 gal). Barrels you could try talking to breweries, distilleries, wineries IF they are getting rid of any. Turns out there is a whole market for used barrel selling. You could also trying contacting farms to see about the corn as well.
