ISO: Dress for little girl late 1800s-early 1900s

Hello,

Designing a production of Tuck Everlasting, a musical. Looking for a dress (size 12, but no larger than size 16 for a little girl) that resembles late 1800s-early 1900s. Ideally in a bright color, but flexible with any color besides black. Willing to pay up to $50, as this is for a children’s theater production is the budget is small and I’m trying not to come out of my own pocket. Thank you.
