ISO fabricator

I have a last minute fabrication job for a shoot on Sunday. I'm looking for someone that can turn a shopping cart into a chair. I'm purchasing the cart tomorrow, so will have more info tomorrow evening, but see attached pictures for an example of what im looking for. Please respond with rate, and where your shop is!
