ISO: Marching Band Bass Drum

Hello!

I am searching for a marching band bass drum, with a harness, sized 24" x 14" for a show at NYU. I need it for roughly a 4 week period, by Tuesday, January 10th at the latest up until February 1st.

I have a limited budget and am looking to stay under $200 for either a purchase or rental, or if someone has one they are willing to donate. Some instrument rental companies either have not had this instrument in stock, or are beyond my budget. Also welcome to any suggestions of where I can source this prop.
