ISO of Studio Space BK

hello ! I am currently looking for a new studio space as my current studio has worsening water issues and has recently caused a lot of damage to my materials and work - leaking roofs and canvas are not a great combo ! i am looking for something similar to what i have now which is a 10x10 white box with water and electric for $250/ mo. i currently am in bed - stuy and would love to remain here if possible ! anyone out there know of any or have a studio to sublet/share/show please reply directly ! thank you ever so , gabriella
