ISO photo studio in Detroit

Hi Cube! I'm looking for a very simple photo studio to rent for a shoot in Detroit on Feb. 8. Does anyone have any prior experience with renting studios in Detroit? Just need simple white wall and studio light. Any information/leads would be greatly appreciated! Google hasn't been entirely helpful! Lauren
