ISO Scrolling LED sign RENTAL

Hi All! I'm looking to rent 2 scrolling LED signs, ideally something I could program to show symbols and abstract light clusters rather than words, in a white or cool blue LED. Hoping to achieve something like the attached. Ideally signs would be as large as possible but I'm working with little budget. If anyone has any leads on this, help would be greatly appreciated!
