ISO Shop or Individual to create floating signage in SAN DIEGO / LA

Hi there, I am working on a job in San Diego - we have a few last minute adjustments and need someone to create floating signage for a shallow pool in a public park. Finished piece would be about 18" x 175" and be viewed from above. The catch is we need by THURS the 19th or FRI the 20th. We had been working with a shop in Phoenix and LA but they aren't able to help. Given the short timeframe we haven't had success with cold emailing shops. I have a print file ready - I think the easiest way to do this is to cut from foam or PVC and wire or attach with monofil or acrylic rods. Happy to discuss further if this is something someone can help with!
