Kingston NY Local art dept PA needed now-end of march

Hi! We're shooting a non union film in Kingston NY. Looking for a competent, local, art PA. Must be proficient with calling vendors, office work etc. Strong communication skills, and positive attitude a plus :) Start asap, run through march 30th.
