Looking for a scenery shop assistant/coordinator for a variety show. 

Must know how to read plans, elevations and set drawings

Keep track of stock scenery

Must have good communication skills

Knowledge of SketchUp helpful but not required.

This is a very fast paced, exciting, and fun job. 

We need the assistant to learn our shorthand and work with the designers to communicate changes to the construction shop. 

Helping to schedule pick-ups of completed sets going to different locations is part of the job. 

On Fridays, the assistant visits all three shoots and photographs the completed sets in detail.
