Looking for Art Cube People to Fill Full Floor in Brownstone Sublet!

Beginning April 1st, I'll have the top floor of my two-story brownstone for sublet. Two point five huge bedrooms, one beautiful shared bathroom with exposed brick and kitchen with washer/dryer!! You and your roommate/partner/another person would occupy the entire floor. One of the rooms has an adjacent small bedroom that could be used as an office (the .5). It could also be set up as a one bedroom + living room and office, for a couple. I would consider three people wanting to use the smaller bedroom as a bedroom instead of an office, if you all know each other. Price is for the entire floor; probably splits something like $1,150 and $1,350 for two people (the rooms are the same size, but one has the additional office, full price $2,600).
