Looking for Shop Space in/near Hicksville, NY

Hey Cube! I'm working on a feature in Hicksville/Garden City, NY. Does anyone have recommendations for a studio/shop spaces in this area? We haven't had much luck with our search thus far. We're looking for about 2,000 sq ft and as always, we're on a low budget. Thank you! --Ashley
