Office/Art space for rent in Greenpoint.

We have a space open in our studio in Greenpoint, BK. The space for rent is a private office w/ private bathroom. Rent includes this space as well as 24 hour access to a shared meeting area and "flex" space. We currently use the flex space for photoshoots, art and set fabrication, and whatever pops up! The overall space is shared with a printmaker, a photographer, a set designer, and an artist/fabricator. We are a fun group and looking for the right person to join the mix!
