Other People's Clothes, aka opcbuyselltrade.com, a fun, busy 2nd hand store, is currently looking for an onsite detail oriented Office Manager.
Job is split between two retail locations: Bushwick, Brooklyn & Ridgewood, Queens. Job will include commuting between both locations on an as needed, regular basis.

Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- General office organization including bill payment, filing receipts, company records, and general organization & cleanliness.
- Maintaining supply levels between both stores, with a weekly inventory, as well as picking up/ordering supplies as needed.
- Making morning trips bank for change & cash for both locations as needed; depositing money.
- Ability to troubleshoot tech problems in the moment including internet, POS systems, SONOS. etc.
- Coordinating and scheduling with independent contractors on an as per needed basis (security company, repairs & maintenance, etc).
- Working closely with upper management and ownership and having a problem solving mentality.
Compensation and benefits:
- 40 hrs of sick time, and 40 hrs of paid time off.
- Gas compensation and reimbursement for mileage use.
- 9am-5pm Monday through Friday availability required, with the flexible option to work a four or five day week: 32-40 hrs/week.
Ideal candidate will potentially have a vehicle to coordinate between two locations (Ridgewood & Bushwick)
