Sounds like some custom fabrication is in order!

or sprayed pink - make a new post for that (ask The Specialists ) to see who has an available spray room that can fit a cart.

We have about 70 fabricators in the NYC Cube, so when you figure out your plan - besides finding a pink cart that's perfect in every way - post the custom fab needs you land on.
