Full glass storefront on Prospect place, providing natural light, steps from Nostrand Avenue– outlets around the room, which is @15′ by 24′, private street level entrance, 24 hour availability.

Would make sense for an intimate video or photo shoot, (something informational, a cooking show, product shoot or interview) to be dressed as an actual store, or office space, for a location, to be used for holding for a department or small production, as a place to hold meetings or auditions, for smaller scale crafting or building– I am open to entertain, have extensive experience in a range of production, and understand what we would need in the space to accommodate your efforts–

depending on usage and set up, single day would start at a minimum of $200, everything negotiable, pictures available upon request–
