Production Studio in Creative Complex

8,000 sf Creative Complex teaming with creativity: 2500 sf (50'x50') Production Studio, 3000 sf (50'x60') Scenery Shop & a handful of Private Studios. The Main Studio has a 33’x23’x13’ cyclorama wall, a lighting grid, 10’ roll-up door, 100 amps of 110v power & an overall comfortable & colorful vibe. The Shop is super well-equipped to build scenery, fabricate props/robots/gadgets as well as customize vehicles. We have some interesting textures & backgrounds for a few different looks. The entire complex is an inspiring environment from the art, installations and varied artists, designers & makers working in the complex. Our rates vary depending on the size of the cast/crew, scope of project, as well as the time of year. We have a decent inventory of amenities such as folding tables/chairs, wardrobe racks/hangers, EZ ups for shading crafty/catering/etc outside, ladders, brooms/mops & other basic gear. Other rentals include: audio/video playback eq, BUBBLE machines, hazers, backdrop, & other gear. Everyone who visits finds it inspiring. Come by for a scout with your key people.
