• Experience in sanding – making own tools to tackle difficult corners, sanding pads, flex shafts
• Experience in fillers – bondo, apoxie sculpt, etc.
• Detail oriented – understanding the shape and details to satisfy our quality
• Systemic approach – What to polish first, how much before priming
