Room available for summer sublet (Williamsburg)

Hi everyone!

I’m subletting a room in my apartment in Williamsburg from mid-July to September 1st (can be flexible on dates) for one person. $1,000 a month incl bills – or $1,400 for 6 weeks. I’m a Production Designer and my sister is a documentary filmmaker. Looking for a fellow creative to take over her room while she’s away.

It’s just off the Lorimer stop, 5 minutes to McCarren park, and a 15 minute walk to the Williamsburg Bridge.

We have a spacious front patio (great for outdoor social distancing for SMALL groups), dishwasher, air conditioning, cute cat, and although there isn’t access to the backyard as of yet, the bedrooms look towards a peaceful green garden.

Laundromat a couple of blocks away, lots of grocery stores.
