Searching for seamstress to batch sew 300 banners

Im looking for some one within the next two weeks to sew banner bases for me (photo attached). Fabric would already be cut. I need 300 of them. Please let me know your rate and how long you think it would take.

Must have sewing machine, an iron, and a clean space to work.

You will get pre-cut fabric, thread, clear instructions and a banner at each step of the process for reference.
