Seeking Studio Mate for Beautiful Shared Space $225/month utilities included

Hiya!

My friend Nat and myself recently moved into a studio at 1660 e. New York Ave in Brooklyn. Nat primarily works in airbrush painting and I do paintings with dye. I do music as well but the policy is headphones for music production in the building. We are seeking a third studio mate for at least half a year, ideally a year.

We wear masks when we are in the studio at the same time and social distance. We are not having guests in the studio at this time and get tested regularly.

Rent is $225/month, utilities included. There is a huge and beautiful window that can be opened for ventilation and a slop sink in the area for rinsing brushes.
