Space Available in Creative Greenpoint Studio

Hi All,

There are a few spaces available in our wonderful studio in Greenpoint. We are looking for other creative people to add to the great things that already happen in here. The space is currently shared by a set designer (myself), a visual artist/ sculptor, a photographer/cinematographer, a tailor/artist, and a printmaker/designer.

The studio is located 1.5 blocks from the Greenpoint Ave G train and has 24 hr ground floor access with a roll gate for easy load in/ load out. Near all the shopping, dining, production houses, and supply resources that this neighborhood has to offer. It will be 3 Blocks from the Greenpoint East River Ferry when that pier reopens.

2 huge skylights flood the industrial former foundry with natural light. A shared bathroom, refrigerator, and wifi come with the space. Ground floor roll gate and enough sidewalk to back a truck up to make loading in and out of the space a breeze.

The available spaces are flexible depending on usage. Could be used for desk space, storage, work space, or a mix of all. Open to tailoring the space to the needs of the next occupant. 

There are (3) 9'x4' work spaces available. High ceilings allow for great storage opportunities within the space. Previous tenants have included event designers, fiber artists, a light fabricator, and photographers. Some communal space and a rolling work table available for when your project outgrows your workspace. As long as it returns to its home each night.

Asking for $400/Month per space.

Each space has a dedicated outlet.

An additional 7'x10' area can be made available it you are looking for something a little larger for $650/Month.

The spaces are all adjacent. Open to someone who is looking to occupy a few of these spaces if the fit is right. Prices for multiple spaces can be slightly negotiated.

The rent increases annually, but minimally, to adjust for yearly lease increases and property tax increases (if applicable that year.) No increase until next July.

The space needs to be seen to be understood.
