Suggestions for medical supply sourcing

Hey Cube, I have been doing a lot of medical supply shopping recently and I was just wondering if anyone has come across a particularly helpful company they would recommend? Ive used Blow-out Medical most of the time they make you buy in large bulk and other places you need to be a registered medical company to purchase supplies. I have heard of a place in NJ that you can physically visit in person but not sure if it exists. Suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone!
