Transparent Electronics

Hello! I am just doing some preliminary research for a tier 2 job. I will be in the need of some transparent cellphones and a transparent laptop or tablet. I know that these exist through youtube videos and internet researching, unless everything I'm seeing is just a concept from 8 years ago (which I'm beginning to believe) that never came to fruition. If they exist, I'm unsure if they are sold in the US. It is seeming more and more that this might be a fabrication, be I'm also oblivious on if I can green tint the surface of some plexi and have the capability of VFX. I'm just researching the possibilities for this before I bring it up at a production meeting. Or perhaps someone has some connection with Samsung.... Thanks for the help!
