Tuk Tuk Rental in NYC

Hi everyone! Has anyone ever rented a tuk tuk in NYC? We've tried a few pedicab and rickshaw places without luck including: NY Pedicab Services, Mr Rickshaw, and Revolution Rickshaws. We need it in NYC on Thursday (if it has to come from out of town) for a shoot on Friday. Any guidance would be much appreciated as we've been striking out!
