Artist professional couple looking for a large sunny loft in: Northern BK, LIC or Manhattan. $2k/month max budget (including utilities) Looking for September 1st start for at least 3-6 months, open for more. NO ROOMMATES OR SHARED SPACES! We are currently moving out of a large loft sublet in Clinton Hill so we are ready to talk/see the place and provide multiple long-term sublet references. We pay rent early too! We work from home and do a lot of shoots for product and portrait so we like large lofts with lots of sun! Furnished or unfurnished we don’t care!
