Weaver/Crocheter needed to help with a project involving lattice fringe

Hi all,

I'm looking for someone who has experience in weaving and/or crochet to make lattice fringe - see the references attached for examples of what I'm needing to achieve. I'm first looking to make some samples but ultimately will be looking for an ongoing collaboration.
