I have my studio available in Los Angeles in the heart of the fashion district, 9th and Santee st. The location couldn't be more perfect ! 900 sq ft, price is $1,420 a month all included ($710 if shared). It comes fully equipped with a large ( 72'' long, 40'' tall 40'' wide cutting table with shelf). 3 work tables, steamer, hangers, 2 home sewing machines ( not industrials ), a Bernina serger, 6 mannequins (3 men, 3 women), Shelves, all tools including shears and rulers, glue guns, pattern paper, mini fridge, hot plate and 7 racks (5 hanging and 2 rolling). The space has 3 large windows proving lots of natural light and ventilation. Electricity is included and building has a freight elevator and a security system. There are so many amazing artists and other designers in the building. This is WORK ONLY, not residential but there is 24 hour access to the building. 7 days a week. This is a flexible situation available for month to month, weekly or even daily if you need a place for fittings or alterations. It's $1,420 for the entire place furnished or sharing the space is also a practical option. It's great for building costumes, sewing, crafts, drawing, drafting or any fashion designer needing a showroom for samples.
