Im looking for someone to fill my current sublet, my friend and I lived in it for over 2 years and now its time for us to get our own spot. Anyway its a 6 month Sublet in 1400 square foot loft with two connected private rooms coming available for March 1st and looking for commitment till August 31st, 2019, with possible option to extend for another year Sept 1, 2019. One room is an interior room with two closets each approximately 8′ long along one wall and the other is a large south facing room with 9′ long by 6′ high bay of windows and closet hutch. Each room measures around 16′ x 12.5′ each. Makes for a great live/studio/work space.

Beside the perks of the rooms themselves there is a large communal living/dining space with ample light that is about 900 sq ft. Large shared clean bathroom and kitchen.

The owner is an Interior Designer and Artist and will live in the bedroom on the opposite side of the apartment. She is clean and not anal at all. She loves plants and love contributions to her plant collection. Ive got her a few in the past. She is really laid back and likes to spend her weekends at home when possible. She also travels alot. She entertains friends from time to time and you are welcome to as well.

The building has doorman/security Monday through Friday 8am-12am. It has two elevators and laundry in basement. Large roof deck with panoramic views of the city. Parking garage in building as well as free parking under BQE. You are 15 minutes from Downtown Brooklyn and Williamsburg and 10 minutes from Dumbo. Located in the Navy Yards at the edge of Clinton Hill. It is a 10 minute walk to the G Train and there is a bus stop outside our building. It is a great neighborhood in a still somewhat undiscovered area of Brooklyn. Also a 10 minute walk to beautiful Fort Green park.

One month rent plus one month security deposit required up front. Also must agree to terms of sublease agreement and proof of income. Utilities included except for electric and internet.
