Archicad Person Needed!

Hi Cube, I have inherited an enormous archicad file that simply won't open in any other format because it's so big! I have never used archicad and therefore am unfamiliar about how to fix this problem. Is there anyone out there familiar? Compensation of course, $40-60/hour depending on experience level. Just be aware the .dwg that was sent is 1.2GB!!! So high power RAM & hard drive is necessary! Thanks, Taylor
