2 Bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. Either bedroom is available for rent depending on renter’s preference. Both long term and short term rentals available.

The Apartment

The apartment is full of charm and is located on a quintessential North Slope tree-lined block, in a historic eight-unit coop. Includes working wood-burning fireplace, exposed brick, and large south-facing windows. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and updated appliances. Shared backyard space with free laundry in the basement. I own this apartment so things get fixed immediately!!!

The Room (two options)

Large Bedroom – Room measures 10’ x 13’ with hardwood floors and a crystal chandelier light. The room is furnished with a queen size platform bed that includes storage plus queen size mattress, one cabinet, and includes a very large closet.

Small Bedroom – Room measures 6’3” x 10” gets beautiful light and is shaded by a tree. The room has a 6’ wide closet and includes hardwood floors. Room is not furnished.

The Roommates

I am a busy creative professional who works full time. I am social and friendly and looking for someone who will enjoy my well cared for home. I like to keep things picked up and tidy in common spaces and because I am a busy professional during non-Covid times I have a cleaning man who comes once a month. I would love to find someone who enjoys Brooklyn and all it has to offer and wants to create an open and inviting home that is a haven from a hectic city. LGBTQ friendly! Apartment comes with furry roommates that include two senior cats and one cuddle muffin small dog. No drug use in the apartment.

The Neighborhood

4 blocks from the Q,B,2,3,4,5, and R trains. As well as a 5 minute walk to Prospect Park. Tons of amazing restaurants and there’s a coffee shop at the top of the block! The apartment is located between 7^th and 6^th avenue and is quiet both day and night. However there are plenty of bars and restaurants on both 7^th Ave and 5^th Ave if you enjoy a nightlife.

• Large Bedroom $1,250 plus utilities (Utilities are generally $100 or less)
• Small Bedroom $900 with utilities included (excluding electric June – August)

First month and security are due at signing. Rent is due on the first of the month.
