I am a busy creative professional who works full time. I am social and friendly and looking for someone who will enjoy my well cared for home. I like to keep things picked up and tidy in common spaces and because I am a busy professional during non-Covid times I have a cleaning man who comes once a month. I would love to find someone who enjoys Brooklyn and all it has to offer and wants to create an open and inviting home that is a haven from a hectic city. LGBTQ friendly! Apartment comes with furry roommates that include two senior cats and one cuddle muffin small dog. No drug use in the apartment.
4 blocks from the Q,B,2,3,4,5, and R trains. As well as a 5 minute walk to Prospect Park. Tons of amazing restaurants and there’s a coffee shop at the top of the block! The apartment is located between 7th and 6th avenue and is quiet both day and night. However there are plenty of bars and restaurants on both 7th Ave and 5th Ave if you enjoy a nightlife.
First month and security are due at signing. Rent is due on the first of the month.
