Unscripted comedy show seeking Art Coordinator. This position is primarily office-based, but there will be some opportunity to work on set. Primary functions include reconciling expenses and booking trucks/PA’s as needed. Please have familiarity with the workings of a fast-paced set as this show pivots quickly. We are a tight-knit team of self starters who are always ready to pitch ideas, and you should be the same. Help us work smarter, not harder. Rate is commensurate with experience – listed the base rate in accordance with Art Cube’s posting rules.

Handle all receipts and expense reconciliation for Art Dept
Assist in scheduling PAs and trucks
Assist in creating graphics for Art Dept
Assist in sourcing and fabricating props/ wardrobe
Maintaining organization of Google Drive
Maintaining prop storage system
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
Proficient in Excel/ GSheets and experience in expense tracking and reporting
Able to handle last minute requests and change in creative
On-set experience and familiarity with responsibilities of the Art Dept
Artistic eye and ability to fabricate
Must have a valid driver’s license
Comfortable driving a box truck a huge plus
