Full-time Project Manager Needed

Konduit is a set-building shop based in Long Island City, NYC. We have been serving the print, TV, film, museum, and event markets with quality custom sets and more for over twenty years. 

Konduit is seeking an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Project Manager for an immediate full-time position. Candidates must be experienced with interfacing with clients, creating estimates, design and drafting, and the specificities of set-building/fabrication. 

Position requirements and expectations:

Must be excellent at client relations. We expect you to manage projects from initial proposal to completion, maintain quality control and client expectations. 

Must be proficient in SketchUp, Google G Suite for Business and project management apps. 

Must have experience in creating estimates and budgeting for projects. 

Must be well-versed in common build materials and sourcing them.

Must be an effective communicator and collaborator with clients, Konduit employees, and contractors.

Must be able to problem-solve and find creative solutions when problems arise.

The position offers paid time-off and health benefits, with the salary ranging from $75,000-$95,000 based on experience.
