handyperson to assist in carpentry/home repair

A colleague is looking for a freelance handy person/carpenter-type to do some location-specific home repair and adjustments to a property they own in Montclair NJ.  Home built-in projects etc. Reach out if you or someone you know in that vicinity might like to pick up some extra work.  Some experience and credible references would be appreciated thanks.
