ISO Beaten down and empty apartment

ISO Beaten down and empty apartment. Will be shooting a Masters thesis film for full 1 day + half prep day between May 4th and 7th. Date's aren't locked down yet. Ideally will not have a long walk up due to equipment and props. Can be in anywhere in Brooklyn or Queens. Small budget available for rent. Decaying wallpaper is a plus but not essencial.
