ISO: Custom Book Binding

Hello, We are looking for 5 custom hardcover text books. Flexible with dimensions, but they should be plain navy blue. I've looked into matte vinyl printing and stickers over current textbooks, but want to see if it's possible to create original plain dark navy blue hard cover text books.
