ISO Graphic Designer or Consultant who can read/write Korean

Hey ya'll, We are looking for a consultant who can read and write Korean to help us design a series of academic banners for a high school gym that is supposed to be in Seoul, South Korea. Ideally this person can do graphic design and could help with the layout as well. We would provide information on shape, design, color, and content. We simply need a skilled eye to make sure the design looks true to real life, and is grammatically / spatially correct. We can pay on an hourly basis, and the rate is negotiable.
