Looking for an E-27 cert holder!

Hi Cube, In a bit of a new conundrum. Am prop mastering a tier 1 and was just told by the FDNY that anyone who operates a hazer in NYC must have a E-27 cert. We start shooting on Tuesday and are trying to find a solution. Any one in the cube family have one? Anyone know any information on how this came to be? Trying to give our producers all the info we can and have been hard pressed in our search on why this is the case. Thanks!
