Looking for Studio Space in the Gowanus or Williamsburg Area

Hello wonderful folk, I have been searching high and dry on craiglists and have discovered Listings Project but I have still not found a studio space. I was wondering if anyone is in the now of a studio space available or coming available, preferably in the Gowanus or Williamsburg area. I am a Designer and Fine artist but will be predominantly using the space for my Art. Thank you. Best, Ash
