Material Scenic Designer required for photography project

I am a photographer making a conceptual photo for a client who needs to build a pink, neon, bright and sci-fi themed underwater scene. creativity here is highly encouraged. the date is flexible and although it's kind of last minute, we plan to shoot next week sometimes between the 11th-14th. the set does not need to be fabricated from scratch and it needs to be built/set up at my studio in flatiron district in New York City. I imagine this project will require one to three days of work.
