Music Studio / Rehearsal Space off Flushing G Train

Decked out music studio / rehearsal space in a clean, safe building located right off the Flushing G Train and 7 mins from the M. Available prorated for November + December/January and possibly beyond. You would have the space to yourself the majority of the time, but we would work out a schedule where I could use it occasionally for jams (a couple times a month max). This is why rent is lower considering the space + quality of setup.

The space is soundproofed (to a degree) and you can be as loud as you want. It has a lounge area with a futon, kitchenette setup w/ mini fridge, microwave, hot water heater, toaster, and counter space for snacking. Some storage space available in the loft. Studios also have super clean public and private bathrooms available to use.
