Water Soluble Pigment Stain

Hey Cube! In 2013 I bought some water soluble, low fume, pigment stain from a store downtown and I cannot for the life of me remember where this place was or what it was called. It was a prewar shop and the powder came in small, bill sized manilla envelopes and I'm certain they were paint/stain business (as opposed to a hardware store). Really sure it wasn't Guerra or Kremer. Anyone know if this shop still exists and where it might be? Thanks!
